3 Bowl TuNOFish Salad

Ingredients:
 
  Produce- celery, red onion, carrot, lemon, parsley, green onion
 
Base- garbanzo beans
Sauce- greek yogurt, sriracha, dill mustard, 
garlic powder, salt & pepper, curry spice


Bowl 1 - Produce

Finely chop produce items and squeeze in the lemon juice. Mix.

Bowl 2 - Beans
 Smash Beans- I used the handydandy slapchop which worked great!
Produce to beans should be half and half or more beans to produce.

Bowl 3 - Sauce
 Add the spices to the yogurt and adjust to taste.  The mustard I used was perfect because it had dill in it.  Celery salt would be a good addition too.  

 Combine  Bowls 1, 2 & 3
chopped produce, beans,and sauce.  
You want enough sauce to make the mixture moist, not sopping.
 And that's a TuNOfish wrap!
